The second in the series of Fina Ludlow PI Novels. This takes off after the last book Loyalty and is just as good. Her characters are unique as well as their relationships. Lots of scuffles and a good plot for the story.  Wichita Falls Public Library Catalog

This was another good mystery story by Agatha Christie. In this novel a young married couple, Giles and Gwends Reed, seek to understand a fragment of a memory the wife has from her very young childhood. The infamous Miss Marple gets involved and the details finally come to light leading in a completely different direction than Giles and Gwenda thought it would be. Of course, Miss Marple had it figured out much earlier on than they did! This story has a slight touch of the supernatural and that was the only part of the book that I really did not enjoy, otherwise I would definitely recommend it.  Wichita Falls Public Library Catalog

This book is both inspirational and practical. Whether you want to actually climb the real highest mountain in the world or you want to accomplish some achievement in your life, you'll find this book worth reading. I don't like books or inspirational talks that just "teach" you some great theories, I like to hear about true stories and know how people had an idea and how they fought and then achieved. A cool thing about this book is that it has two authors. They alternate writing about their experience from two different perspectives. I also found the authors very honest and they didn't avoid some ugliness in their characters. I'd recommend this book to anybody who doesn't want to always lie down or walk on the plain.   Wichita Falls Public Library Catalog
